9 Months old already?!

I can't believe that Abbey is already 9 months old! The time is flying by so fast. This is actually the dress that Caleigh wore when she was 9 months.

Caleigh loves to paint - especially if I leave my paints out. You can't really tell it from the pictures, but that's what she was doing here. She gets so matter-of-fact and tells me exactly what colors she wants and what she's going to make. She usually just makes a big ol' mess, but it's so fun to watch her.

Happy New Year!

It seems like Monday comes around all too quickly. And why does it seem that everything that can go wrong always goes wrong on Mondays? Not too sound like I'm complaining - I'm so blessed and thankful to have started another week off with my family safe and healthy - and not too mention a job to go to. Things haven't been too exciting lately. My mom, Caleigh, and I went to Tupelo Saturday. I think Caleigh enjoyed being able to go because for the first time in a long time she didn't throw a screaming fit. She got quite delirious, which provided some good entertainment for us. Abbey has had a yucky cough. Jesse took her to the doctor this morning, but all we can do it keep giving her breathing treatments. At least it's nothing like bronchitis or something like that. Oh, and I had a dr. appointment this morning, or so I thought. I got up there and was called to the desk and was told that they had rescheduled my appointment, that Dr. Wood wasn't there today. So I asked - wasn't someone going to let me know?? So after I took the time off work today, I have to take more time off tomorrow to go to my 'rescheduled' appointment. On a positive note, it is a beautiful day outstide. Here are some pics I took recently.
For some reason I'm having 'technical difficulties' getting the other ones to post. I'll get some more posted later.

Happy Birthday to ME!

Today is my birthday - I have made it to 28! I don't like the thought of approaching 30. I have accomplished many things over my 28 years, 3 of the most important are getting married to my wonderful husband, and having 2 wonderful experiences giving birth to 2 beautiful, healthy little girls. And yes, I did say 'wonderful' - I had some painful moments, as to be expected, but overall I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
